1. Scope and Acceptance

This Policy governs participation in monetization features, including earnings, traffic requirements, and payouts within the Service.

By participating in any monetization program, you agree to this Policy in addition to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

To participate in monetization, you must:

• provide accurate and complete information;
• have legal rights to all connected accounts and content;
• comply with applicable laws and third-party platform rules.

We may approve or decline participation based on reasonable business, compliance, or risk considerations.

3. Traffic Requirements

All traffic must be genuine, lawful, and compliant.

The following is prohibited:

• artificial or non-organic traffic;
• bots, scripts, click farms, or automated systems intended to manipulate metrics;
• incentivized or misleading traffic;
• cloaking, masking, or obfuscation techniques;
• attempts to bypass fraud detection or verification systems.

We may evaluate traffic quality using internal systems and third-party tools.

4. Earnings and Validation

All reported earnings are preliminary and subject to verification.

We may:

• validate traffic, engagement, and performance metrics;
• adjust or recalculate earnings;
• invalidate earnings derived from non-compliant activity.

Earnings become final only after successful verification and approval.

5. Payout Conditions

Payouts are subject to:

• successful validation of activity;
• compliance checks (including KYC/AML where applicable);
• absence of violations or unresolved disputes.

We may:

• delay payouts while conducting reviews;
• request additional information or documentation;
• decline payouts where justified by violations, risks, or legal obligations.

We aim to process payouts within reasonable timeframes but do not guarantee specific timelines, methods, or fees.

6. Anti-Fraud Enforcement

If we detect or reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, we may:

• suspend or terminate accounts;
• cancel or adjust earnings;
• withhold balances related to invalid or non-compliant activity;
• restrict further participation in monetization programs.

Where required by law, relevant information may be shared with partners or authorities.

7. Account Linking and Network Activity

We may identify and associate accounts under common control or showing coordinated activity.

Violations by one account may result in restrictions or enforcement actions across related accounts.

8. Third-Party Platform Compliance

You are solely responsible for compliance with third-party platform rules (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, etc.).

We are not responsible for:

• account suspensions or bans;
• content removal;
• monetization restrictions or penalties imposed by such platforms.

9. Disputes and Adjustments

If you disagree with an adjustment, you may request a review by contacting support.

We will review requests in good faith. Decisions are final within the Service, without limiting your rights under applicable law.

10. Test and Beta Programs

Participation in test or beta monetization programs is optional.

Within such programs:

• metrics may be incomplete or inaccurate;
• earnings may be simulated or subject to change;
• any balances or values have no monetary value;
• no expectation of compensation arises;
• no obligation exists to convert such values into real payouts.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate participation in monetization programs if:

• you violate this Policy or other agreements;
• we detect fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity;
• required for compliance or legal reasons.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve issues.

12. Changes to Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time.

Where required, we will provide notice of material changes. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
